your personality, you are not your values, yes even those things that are important to you,
you are not the voice that says who you are, they are programs.
If you think of yourself as an all or nothing person, you can be changing your perspective
And this will result in stopping your brain through filtering from seeing the beautiful shades of life
darkness and the shades of light.
Why this is critically important because our brain looks to defend who we think we are, and holds onto the notions and thoughts, which can hold us back from being the real authentic powerful version of ourselves.
You are so much more than the identity you give yourself.
